Cillian fun fact.
Their religion is base around bird-like gods. So when they encountered a bird-like race they became enslaved for several hundred years thereafter.
This is an older sketch, but coloring it really makes me want to try and design the rest of the outfit.
This has some of Hibbary's paper textures in it and my paper texture [that thing is infinitely awesome] and a photoshop filter.

That beak part looks very 3D 8o those shapes just pounce out. The only "flaw" I see is that the creatures eye is a little to high on the forehead? But then again it might've been purposedly drawn there. :>
